The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

 got everything where it is supposed to be and getting this. yes i am using i pirated version idk if thats the problem or if rage just doesnt have a new update out for this version please help

Yes that is a problem. RagePluginHook will not work with pirated/cracked versions of GTAV.
