I need help, how can i upload a Mod in a File on LCPDFR

Not positive on what you're asking, but I'll take a guess.  Right click on your desktop-->new folder.  Name the folder your mod name.  Now open the folder and put your mod files in it.  Now close the folder and right click the folder-->add to archive, assuming you're using WinRAR.

 

Next,at the top of the forum go to create-->file download.

i wanna make a German Siren mod Pack for GTA IV including Readme in a Folder, but the problem is i can only upload the HORNS

It was my Mistake, be cause i can´t upload a mod with a Folder for mod, you misunderstood me and forgot those Words and used the wrong Word sorry and don´t be mad with me
