The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

I have downloaded VocalDispatch.  I go on duty, hit the right ALT as the instructions say.  It immediately tells me that it didn't understand and to try again, after that the button does not work.  I have done the speech recognition training.  My mic is fine.  I have tested that several times.  I have enabled and disabled the mic within the game.  Nothing works.
