The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

So I used to play LSPDFR a lot back last year and now I want to get back into it.  I had this same issue that I currently have and I remember I believe I had to change some file's settings but I don't remember exactly which one or if thats the solution at all.  If anyone has any info, please let me know.  

 

Im also going to attach pictures below of my files if anyone can catch something from them.  Thank you.
