I'm glad that you proposed that idea, i have been watching their programming on TV lately, I believe it was called " Wild Justice" -- intense!! They sure do have one of the greatest office in the world. I understand that the excitement can evoke you and gets you tasked to be in their boots, well of course - virtually. If you have the right programs, you can do it yourself, it's easier than you think. But, needless to say, it requires patience and practice to do it right. ( Several attempts will fully educate yourself.)

First, we need to get your ride, and we can start ( its safe to begin your routine warm-up stretch.) taking a jog to --- Your Ride ( Version 1) . I know that one is designed for Border Patrol, but you can use it as a fictional unit ( we'll cover the texture in the next paragraph.) I know what you're thinking and I'm giving you it ( I hope...) -- Silverado Slicktop -- Granted, it's not exactly the CA's Code, but it still works. You must understand that not all mods are made to give off the identical, authentic appeal. We have to cope with that and have fun with what we have, right?

Now, for vinyls -- I doubt that anyone has made this agency's texture yet, but I'm sure someone will, or you can, if you want to, and try... If you want to give a shot at it, make sure you have photo shop, as it's perfect for graphic design editing. ( Google it for the lengthy, never-ending ordeal. )

If you're out of energy and patience, then my best shot would be request a texture in an modeling group forum, and everybody here, as well many other living spices out there that lurks in the internet galaxy, all would go to gtapolicemods. ( However, there has been several "conflicts" with that site, so enter at your own risk. It's pretty much as like as an usual bombed up village that barely survived the guerrilla warfare that went on, just picture that the area is scattered with several crispy, scorch up - exploded - APCs ( with a nice touch of red "paints". Its just wonderful to see that the children is finally resorting to craftsmanship for maturity. No pun intended.)
