The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

I'm having troubles with my LSPDFR Mod. It crashes from time to time for example when I open the Court menu or asking for a transport. I have a MiniCrashReport in my Folder but I don't know how to open it. Furthermore I have already used albos troubleshooter but he didn't find any errors

Based off your log, I assume this happened on a traffic stop?  Does it happen every single time?

Try temporarily removing the albo1125.common and see if it still happens.
