Hello all, ELS is working for me just fine, but the lights pattern is stuck to C-000 and I can only toogle to C-001 and C-002...idk what happened.

Before it would start at E-000 and I can go up as far as E-140 and plus even more, I read all the ELS documentation for the life of me I dont know how to switch out of the mode.

Also, I reinstalled ELS completely, and deleted the old VCF files.

Here is a screen shot below to show u what I mean.

It means there's an error with the VCF.  I've only gotten this once, and discovered it was my own fault with editing the VCF.

Hmm okay Im glad it was nothing to do with me lol because I didnt edit VCFs now do I ever do, Im a simple man when it comes to my light patterns, but yeah the VCFs I was using were the ones that came with the vehcile. Thanks man, I'll look for a 'good' already edited VCF file, if you know where I can get one I'd appreciate it too.

If you wouldn't mind, can you attach the VCF for the car, please?  I'll have a look over it.

Alright, I've edited the XML a bit.  Do me a favor and create a folder on your desktop, name it police 2 xml backup.  Now drag and drop the original that is in your ELS folder to this folder.  Now save my edited one and place it in the pack_default folder.  Launch the game and see if there's any changes.

Bad news man, still same thing, stuck on C000 to C001 only. I even repalced Police2 and renamed it Police3 to see if that'll work. The only one I got working right now is the Police slot, I took the Sample VCF file and renamed it to that, if I rename the only working VCF file to Police2, Police3 etc. would that work for all of them?

Before I replaced the VCFs I used to only have one VCF file that I renamed to fit the rest and I never changed it, and it worked just fine for me, this mess started when I added a VCF file from one of the downloaded cars I've got.

Yes, try using a working VCF for the ones that won't work.  The only other thing I can think of is an ELS error, or one with the actual cars if it only happens to specific ones.
