The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

I tried disabling Windows firewall, run Ragehook as admin, and I also tried disabling LSPDFR from loading during startup (Since once it said LSPD First Response.dll has crashed) but the game still crashed. I have installed all the requirements for Ragehook and LSPDFR.

Go into your main GTA V directory and open commandline.txt.  Delete the entry "-enableCounterMeasuresAgainstOnlineVehicleRemoval" and save.

Still doesnt work. It crashes during the loading screen for story mode.

Its a fresh re-install of the game so I only finished the first mission with Franklin.
