Lights Too Dim

Featured Replies

Hi everyone!

I have installed radiance V twice correctly and have swapped the visual settings file that comes with the mod correctly. I have also maxed out the shader quality and post fx settings. However in game for my ELS installed vehicles the lights are very dim up close and some of the light become bright from a distance. Im stuck on what to do, is there an ELS setting that needs changing?

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Thanks,

Josh

Check the visualsettings.dat file, and look for "car.default", you'll come to car.defaultlight.emissives.on (or something similar), and there will be a day and a night option.  What are these values set to?

Ok thanks I will try later, is this the file that comes with the radiance v mod? Or the original one with the game just to make sure.

thanks

The visualsettings.dat that you'll be getting is in the mods folder, which is where you should've installed the visualsettings.dat that came with RadianceV.
