Hi there, I believe I'm having the same problem, what am I supposed to put in the LSPDFR  folder that I have created in plugins?

LSPDFR dependent plugins such as callouts go in the LSPDFR folder.

so that's just extra plugins I download, nothing from the original setup folders?

Also here is my log of my crashes, I would be grateful if you could take a look for me please.

Exactly, the plugins within LSPDFR are not required, which is why the all capitalized "LSPDFR" folder is not included in the LSPDFR download.

 

Go into your main GTA V directory-->lspdfr-->police scanner-->resident.  Right clikc "NOISE_LOOP_01"-->properties.  If it says blocked, unblock it.  If it's in read only mode, give it permissions.

I can't see a block/unblock option but it is definitely not in read only mode

Try starting RagePluginHook as administrator.  Your log indicates that it's unable to access one audio file due to permissions.

Tried starting it as administrator but still crashing. This time crashed trying to get backup, error loading different audio file.

Please take a screenshot showing your GTA V directory, including the bar at the top showing the address.  Then go into lspdfr-->police scanner and take another screenshot.

I'd double check each folder's permissions.  Everything looks fine in the screenshots, but something is still blocking the audio files.
