Arrest Manager (Arrest Loop)

Hello all...

Ive just previously started Lspdfr with a fairly large amount of Callouts, my problem is that when i goto drop off a ped after having a warrant, i arrest him, head to a station, arrest manager script comes up with 

- Take the Criminal in yourself

- or Give custody over to another officer (This is the problem)

i always select the 2nd option and then it goes in to a loop of the same thing..

another Officer spawns and brings back the options above and continues over and over again...

I would like some help because ive troubleshooted the issue by

- Starting up the game (Without Certain Plugins/Callouts)

- Fresh install (No Difference)

- Added Elevated Privileges (No Luck)

Ive followed all instructions given by the Creator Albo1125 in his documentation on Installation.

Im running out of options.
