I am having this problem with my game where everything will load just fine but nothing seems to show up. I have the EUP mod and it says it loads up just find but it seems I can't get the GUI to pop up. It's the same thing for the rage console. I have tried forcing it into window mode and nothing works I have the hotkey to F2 and I have changed it to see if that is the problem but it seems not to be.

are you meaning the drop menu script in game? If so open RagePluginHook.ini and snap a screen shot. If you are using w10 the find "snipping tool" its the easiest to use for screen shots.

I have fix such problem. On load up if you go into the rage settings by holding shift or the little tool task you can go to the command settings and theirs this settings that turns such things off. 

Ok, was going to say edit the .ini file. But which ever works
