The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

So I've been trying to use this mod for a few days now and keep getting this error. I have tried looking up fixes for it and what's causing it but have come up empty. I get it when launching through Rage or through GTAV.exe. I do not have the Steam version of the game, I got to do the fun 8 disc install,  if that helps at all. If I delete Rage and its files from the folder the game runs but I cant run LSPD. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated. 

I have no friends. 

I had the same problem a few days ago. I solved it by deleting the FOV mod. I don't know if this will work to you, but it's worth a try if you have that mod installed.
