For some reason my ELS will not work, like all I can do is press 'scr lk' it turns on but the keys don't work. I have watched multiple tutorials done everything correct and still dosen't work. I use Scripthook and Simple Trainer. I have keybindings disabled and I'm using ELS vehicles Please someone help!

Can you please define "don't work"?  If you press scroll lock and you hear a beep, then ELS is indeed working.

You only need the ELS UI open if you want to change the patterns.  Try pressing J and see if your lights turn on.

I have nothing happens.

Wait I fixed it but i have another question, for some reason the AI Police in my came backup etc is glitched and they can't move, why is this?

Check your trainers, make sure "player invisible" and "AI ignore player" is not enabled.
