Hi, So i followed everything in the read mes and followed online tutorials and in my rage plugin hook application it doesn't show in the Plugin tab, but it still seems to work for some reason but i cant tell if it loads correctly or if it doesn't, This causes me to have to waste time by going into the game instead of just going into the Game to get it

I'm confused as to what you're referring to.  What are you trying to do?

basically i had a problem with my last game so i reinstalled everything and before it would show all the plugins like arrest manager, smart radio arrest manager assorted callouts and multiple others but now its just showing these *In the screenshot*

I don't mean this in a rude way, but your previous game had them installed wrong. Arrest Manager, Smart Radio, Assorted Callouts, etc go into your plugins-->LSPDFR folder,  All mods in this LSPDFR folder load once you go on duty.  The "load plugins on startup" bit is for non-essential plugins, plugins that you'd have to type "Loadplugin CopHolster", as an example. :)
