I have followed both a YouTube guide and the Installation Guide provided on the mod page, but whenever I press F4 the LSPDFR console does not appear and there is no prompt to press E when I am in/next to the doors of a Police Station. I have tried this on my original folder of the game and a copy and the mod won't work. I am playing on the Rockstar CD Key version of the game.
