LSPDFR

Hi, So i installed LSPDFR watching multiple youtube tutorials from aldo1125's, firstthirtyminutes multiple times and everytime i seem to do a traffic stop, whenever i would talk to the suspect or request id the animations my character does doesn't work, he wont talk either he will just sit there and wont speak to him. In stevethegamers LSPDFR Videos when i watch him pulll over a suspect and question them his character does a little animation and says something *i think he says "Give up" or something now i know it isn't directly speaking but its the little things in gta and mods i appreciate,
