All of my add on vehicles spawn and work normally, but when I go to pull someone over in LSPDFR, I can blip the vehicle I want to pull over, but they don't ever pull over. This is only the case with my add on vehicles. I am easily able to pull vehicles over with default vehicles like POLICE, SHERIFF, POLICE3, etc. The vehicles.meta file has the flags FLAG_LAW_ENFORCEMENT and FLAG_EMERGENCY_SERVICE for all of my add on cars and all of my add on cars have a carvariations.meta line. So I'm not sure what to do to fix this. Any suggestions?

In the vehicles.meta for your add-on cars, did you add an audio name hash?

 

The default looks like this: <audioNameHash />

 

You can edit it this way:

 

<audioNameHash>police</audioNameHash>

Yes. All of my add on vehicles have an audio name hash.

Lets take a step back and look at this carefully.

 

Look at your vehicles.meta for the problem vehicles.  Do they all have FLAG_LAW_ENFORCEMENT and FLAG_EMERGENCY_SERVICE?

 

Does the carvariation for the vehicles have a sirensetting of 1?

Yes. My vehicles.meta has those flags for the vehicles and the carvariation for all my vehicles has a sirensetting of 1

I didn't look through every single meta or carvariations entry, but from the ones I saw everything looks normal.  The only thing I can think of is that you're not right behind the vehicle.  Since you're using ELS cars, you have to be stage 3 lighting to pull them over.

I know I'm close enough because I ran into another problem with those cars. They also don't work with Computer Plus. I put all of the cars' model names into computerplus.ini and it doesn't work at all in these vehicles.

 

I'm just gonna uninstall them, and reinstall them as replacement cars. Thank you for trying to help, I really appreciate it! :)

If they can't even use computer+, it means the game is not recognizing them as law enforcement vehicles.  Double check everything relating to these cars.  There's most likely one small thing you're overseeing.  I install a lot of standalone cars, so they can be used as law enforcement vehicles.
