Hi, So i was installing multiple mods and the mod uses the same files but whenever i go to put them in the plugins folder/gta 5 directory it always asks me to replace them,  i dont want to replace one incase it fucks up the other mods

Hi there,

I'm confused, so you'll need to clarify for me.  What does "the mod uses the same files" mean?

I need donations to help fund my food addiction. DM for details 😂

Basically one of my mods have a file named "albo1125.common" and when i was going to install another mod it had the exact same file in it, I am not sure what to do with the file do i replace or do i just skip that file?

The 'common' files that many mod authors release allow them to avoid writing code that does the same thing and including it in multiple different plugins.

In general, you can replace these files when adding a new one that also includes it — just make sure that you do not replace a newer version of the "common" file with an older version. You can check version numbers by right-clicking the file, choosing Properties and going to the Details tab.

As you might guess, I make PeterUCallouts. I love working to bring LSPDFR players the kind of callouts that strike a good balance between realism and fun and are stable & varied!
