I have installed rage hook lspdfr and script hook all which are up to date. it works fine without lspdfr but as soon as you add thee lspdfr plugin it starts to load the screen  then it slows down and freezes. I looked on the console and it says System.AccessViolationException

Go into the plugins folder and right click LSPD First Response.dll-->properties.  Under the general tab, make sure "read only" is not checked.
