I know a lot could be done to improve this mod and all (like facing the wrong way at a traffic stop --- talking to and leaning on the air), but I have one idea that I would like to see above all.

1) For traffic stops, the cars shouldn't stop instantly. Some should stop in 5 seconds, some should stop in 10 seconds, etc.) That's my two cents lol. I think it would be neat. :)

A lot of people make absurd requests, but I thought this idea could be implemented rather easily?
