The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

I do not know what to do whenever I turn on gta so it immediately falls down and this one writes I tried to turn off antivir but it does not work

Try renaming your folder to Grand Theft Auto V

Sometimes having it named anything else causes problems, and in your case I see it's named Grand Theft Auto V - kopie

Please also check that Windows 10's "Game Mode" is switched off in the Settings app.

As you might guess, I make PeterUCallouts. I love working to bring LSPDFR players the kind of callouts that strike a good balance between realism and fun and are stable & varied!
