Zlib Help

Guys guys guys,

My game crashed a long while ago... while binge upgrading my police cruisers. Something went wrong! I think it was a F-150 patrol truck that did it. I wanted it like it was pictured, but it needed a wheel package added. From there I could not start anymore. I would get the infamous Zlib error, where I could still move with textures disappearing with the Zlib error message in the middle of the screen. Closing it would crash the already crashed non playable game. And this if my biggest vehicles.rpf file. I have all cars replaced with real models. When not fighting crime I patrol the streets for unrealistic leftovers make a list exit and replace them.  I wish there was a way to troubleshoot this man. Been playing GT Sport for a while but in in the back of my mind I know crime is spiraling out of control in my computer city. I want to get in so bad to jail or terminate these electronic THUGS! I replaced the rpf file with the original one but there has been attempts to try to fix it elsewhere in the game that I don't remember now. Reinstalling would mean get a bat and smash this computer now! Guys if there is any way to fix with some expert help let me know.

Have a great one, and happy years end.

P.s. This is where my problems started...

Have you removed this truck already?  I previously used it and had no issues.
