The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

So, recently I installed the LSPDFR+ Mod so I can do the more options and have better pursuit AI And other things of the sorts but for some reason I cant seem to interact with suspects in cars on LSPDFR+ I Completed the installation correctly and downloaded everything I needed. However this does not work, could this be a mod doing this that I have or could this just be a problem if so what is it because the LSPDFR Troubleshooter does not pick it up so I dont know what it could be specifically.
