Try running the game as an admin.

Try the above, and then try using dsound.dll

tried dsound also and running as admin also but no result , kinda strange i get net framework error when starting the game but i play game normaly with some other mods like ELS pol lights , then i reinstalled net frame lot of times and diagnose shows that i have net framework... but still same

Now that you have installed it, re-install the mod. It just might do the trick.

did that cycle many times , nothing .... i think problem is that script is not getting loaded what else can be the problem? diagnose shows that i have all i need to have

ill try reinstalling windows i think that will fix it nothing else....

When I am using dsound.dll I have a problem.When I click gta icon it sasy gta has stoped working.When I don't use dsound.dll the game works.

Are you saying you had both xlive.dll and dsound.dll in there at the same time?

Make sure you have .NET Framework 4 Full Client/Redistributable
