The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

What's up guys,

as you can see in the title LSPDFR couldn't load hash 0x1517d4d9. I dunno what to do. I  added some cars and plugins, then this problem popped up. When i try to go On Duty everything is fine but then crashes. If someone know what 0x1517d4d9 this is please xD. If i would what it is (example: car) i would fix it my self.

I have no idea what hash that is, but as the message states, it can't load the model.   I would start by removing the cars you added and then try again.
