LSPDFR Crashing. Problem with PoliceSmartRadio

I keep having a problem with LSPDFR crashing when going on-duty. It is starting to show that PoliceSmartRadio is not loading. I have no idea how to fix this and its getting frustrating as hell. Can someone please help me with this. I havent messed with anything and I've re-downloaded everything and everything is up to date.
