Support for ragepluginhook

have tried to launch everything with mods equipped in it and it just keeps crashing and saying : GTA V launcher failed to start.

I have tried this already:

So at this point im not sure what to do , ive attached my log here down below for if someone can investigate what is wrong.

These are the mods i included in my file system.

Most of them are in it but some like the spike strips arent cause of conflicts.
