Hi i recently downloaded gta v and started playing it and have tried installing several mods i got the lspd one working but want some mods like what officerfirstthirtyminutes uses so does anyone have a premade file made for me to use with all the mods and cars or most of them that he uses??

There's no premade file or a list of all the mods he uses on this forum.  First30 does have a mod document that lists all the mods he uses. Try checking his video descriptions.
