After installing mods and game fresh install, like before, LSPDFR crashes when trying to view "Court cases" via F9. Can anyone else dupicate the problem or anyone else having an issue like this?

I have a very similiar issue, my lspdfr crashes too but not when I try to view court cases, but when I click on one of them. Its really annoying because this mod is really great and we can't use this properly. Do anybody know how to solve this? Regards.
