Non els led bar in Bravado ,all blue (rotators)

Hi folks

If anyone can change a lightbar in car like this  (the led one) and turn it to all blue colours  it would be great.
I only did to paint the glass of the led bar in all blue but in game the colours of the rotators/indicators of the light bar are still flashing
to white and red.From what i read ,the only way to make it blue is only to remmap the lightbar.
Low end pc users will really appreciate.

    Unfortunately, as far as I know, it is impossible to change the light colours of non-ELS vehicles in GTA IV.
