The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

No lspdfr folder in plugins

So after i installed lspdfr into my gta v directory i didnt have a lspdfr folder in my plugins, i was watching albos video and he said just make one, so i did only his mods work in that folder, i have to drag the other ones to the plugins  folder and even then half of them dont work, how can i get this to all go smoothly?

You have to make the LSPDFR folder.  Just name it exactly LSPDFR in all caps.  After that all you need to do is install your plugins to that folder.
