The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

In your main GTA V directory is "dinput8".  Move this onto your desktop.  You should now be able to go into GTA Online.  When you want to play modded, move the file back to your directory.
