I have tried to contact the owner of this skin to ask if he could re-upload it just with amber lights instead of blue/red. In the description it doesn't say anything about editing it so... 

I hope someone can edit the lights from red/blue to amber/yellow/orange.

I've looked for people to make a vehicle/skin for the Vapid Contender, to just add amber lightbars on it. So it's kinda an vanilla edit i guess. 

 

I will give credits to original owner of the skin and credits to the edited ones so everyone gets to be happy! 

(i prefer downloading it as mega.nz or through this website)

The file you linked to does not include the .ytd, it only has the actual image files.  The lights can only be edited in the .ytd.

I'm sorry, I got no experience of editing stuff like this.
