The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

finally finished all of my modding last night

was hoping for an eventful night cap now I have to wait for everything else to update and of course I learned my lesson and will not be updating ever again !!!!!

 

but if any one has news that'll be awesome to share with us.

You don't need ScriptHook to play, you only need it for ELS and other scripts.  We are not in contact with Alexander Blade, so we have no clue when it'll be updated.  Unfortunately you'll just have to wait.
