I can't seem to find a solution to my problem anywhere, and I didn't know where else to post it, so my apologies in advance if I posted this in the wrong section. I'm just looking for some help lol.

 

I installed LSPDFR a couple of weeks ago, and haven't had any issues with it. I was able to use everything like it was intended. I installed the TrainerV and some vehicle packs, and ever since then, when I call for back up, the back up units spawn, but they aren't able to move. The engine is revving, and they are trying to reverse and drive forward, but are unable to move. I noticed it's not just my back up units, either. When I get a callout for a stolen police vehicle, and the suspect spawns in with a CVPI, they are unable to drive the car as well. They will attempt to reverse, and drive forward, but they won't be able to move the vehicle. This is quite frustrating, and I have searched for the last 3 days and the only solution I have found is people stating to check in the TrainerV menu and make sure the Cops Ignore Player option is disabled, and if Cops Don't Dispatch option is disabled, and I have checked multiple times, and both are disabled. I am going to try and post some screen shots of my GTA V Directory and the Vehicle Packs I have installed and hopefully someone could help me. I appreciate anything you guys can help me with in advance!

Right away I'm not seeing any immediate culprit.  Temporarily rename your mods folder to _mods

 

This will disable your mods folder and will allow us to verify if the issue is within your mods folder or with a plugin.

Has to be your trainer, that's the only thing that causes that.

 

Open the trainerv.ini in your game folder. Search for

 

PoliceNoDispatch

and
PoliceIgnore

 

they should both read:

PoliceNoDispatch=0  
PoliceIgnore=0

Okay, so I did as you asked, and it disabled all of my downloaded cars. I took a couple of call outs and requested back up and the same thing happened. The cars wouldn't move. The engine would rev, and the driver would attempt to drive forward and reverse, but the same issue. Should I remove TrainerV?

Try removing the trainerv yeah. If you haven't rebooted recently, try that too.

I just wanted to let you know that removing the TrainerV definitely worked like a charm! Big thank you for all your help!
