Finally got my gaming PC just to play this game among being a professional photographer and videographer. 

 

I downloaded GTAV yesterday via Steam this morning it had an update I updated it.

 

now I'm downloading LSPDFR and the shields are there but I cant play the game I do not know what I'm doing wrong. 

 

I watched ALBOS tutorials and Jeff's and they seem outdated.

 

 

PLEASE SOMEONE HELP so I can start playing this game I've been wanting to play since GTAIV LCPDFR.... 

 

I downloaded the LSPDFR file via this website deleted the rageplugin in the file downloaded the most up to date version via rageplugin's website and moved into the GTA V folder I'm modding double clicking the rage plugin to run the LSPDFR and it took me through the initial setup I left everything as is except for loadplugin tab and I checked the box next to load lspdfr g17 media ... 

 

still nothing please help. 

You must first install rage plugin hook. Which then paste everything from it into the GTA V files. I'll give you a link to a video that might help. 

 

 

 

Don't worry, I've been there as well but watch many tutorial videos. Don't go for Kane Jr. The videos made are not really understandable.

As well, you must download WinRAR in order to install vehicle files with els, traffic mods, etc.

I think you mean install it last.  LSPDFR comes bundled with an outdated Rage, so if you install Rage first, then LSPDFR, you're overwriting the updated Rage for the outdated one.  Always best  to install LSPDFR first, then Rage from the Rage Plugin Hook website.
