The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Now i have this issue... time ago before resintalling my game it worked all fine, now i cant use "e" to stop peds without a gun... :wacko:

This is a bug with LSPDFR.  To my immediate knowledge, there is not a fix for this.  You can aim your flash light at them and do it that way as a workaround.
