When I attempt to go on duty I get an error message that says my version of the game is too new.  Is there a way to fix this?  Also if I hit F4 the console does not appear.

A) That message relates to your game version being newer than what the Traffic Policer plugin supports. Its just a warning.

B) Check your keybinds - it looks as if the pluginhook itself works fine.

It's loading now, well kinda, need to learn the key bindings and set up.  First time gaming on PC.. this is taking some getting used to..
