The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Try reinstalling Arrest Manager directly from the download page.

I tryed it a lot... now when i open policeSmartRadio i dont see the arrest manager functions (towtruck, coroner etc) just the ped check and the plate check, but the Arrest manager plugin loaded...

I've been having issues with Arrest Manager lately as well, and what's funny is that I'm on a very outdated game version, so I'm not sure what's going on.
