When I try to pull over a car with the fbi2 slot, it simply doesn't work. I can pull over any other car with any other police vehicle just not fbi2, anyone know why and a way to fix it. Thanks in advance!

Check the vehicles.meta and look at the FBI2 slot, and check under FLAGS to see if it has FLAG_LAW_ENFORCEMENT FLAG_EMERGENCY_SERVICE

 

It should have both.

Yes.  Add the following

 

FLAG_LAW_ENFORCEMENT FLAG_EMERGENCY_SERVICE.

 

Law_Enforcement allows the vehicle to pull over the AI, and flag_emergency_service registers it as an emergency vehicle so traffic pulls over for it.
