The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Hello i am trying to play the lspdfr i have done everything it say to do but when i go onto loading screen it comes up with this. i have tried unblocking all the files but still no work, aswell as reinstalling rage and lspdfr

Start RagePluginHook as if you're playing.  When the logo appears, click the gear icon in the lower left of the logo.  Once in the Rage settings, look under the settings for "enable counter measures against online vehicles in single player".  This option will be checked/enabled.  Uncheck it and save, then launch.
