The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

So I have lspdfr and rage hook installed I played lspdfr before on this computer.  I have the steam version of the game.  But when I go to rage it says this.  And also my Norton firewall kept on delating rage so I deactivated the firewall.

    make sure rage is installed in your gatV folder where gtav exe is
