We're going to start from scratch here since we previously tried this and got nowhere.

 

1)  Make sure you have the ELS folder in your GTA V directory.

 

 

2) Make sure you have ELS.asi and ELS.INI in the main GTA V directory.

 

 

3)  Make sure you have ScriptHookV in the main GTA V directory.

 

 

All ELS enabled vehicles come with a VCF XML.  This file allows the ELS lights to work.  The ELS VCF should be in your ELS-->pack default folder.

 

 

Do be aware, if you have multiple ELS vehicles, the ELS VCF needs to be named the exact same as the vehicle.  For example, police2 vehicle should have a POLICE2 XML.

 

Finally, if you turn on the lights and only the headlights/tail lights flash, try this:  In OpenIV, go to ASI Manager and uninstall ASI Loader and OpenIV.ASI and then click install again to reinstall them. Next, restart your PC, and try loading into the game again and see if that works.

yes I am trying again

 

Ok So far I have seen the Els thing work with the vehicle but the Light's are still not working what else im I missing 

 

I think I am missing the script dot thing what's the new version 

I am just wanting to make sure I have all the right files in order like your picture

so What now what can I do since maybe everything is downloaded again I hope what do i change to make the lights work now anything special

So when you press J, what happens?  Does it beep?  Remember, you need to be inside the ELS enabled car.

ok I will that also I have not sirens for some reason but still no lights I will try j

i was using my controller 

 

yes it beeps and I actually brought up the ELS console still did not turn the lights on and still no horn or sirens and lights

I did the asi uninstall thing like you said for oiv and restarted also to try to fix the issue 

I have got it working some how thanks very kind sir I just had to validate my game files again but how do i get Ablos radio thing to work again the Els took it out what can I do to fix this 

I works perfectly now I really hope I can just remember how next time to install again if need be

The uninstall and reinstall thing is always the last trick and usually works.  If you still can't get it, I'm sorry to say but you're still doing something incorrectly.  Go over my steps one by one and slowly.

no I validated my game files and I got it to work somehow thanks

Just drag and drop the police radio files in the plugins-->LSPDFR folder.
