The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Anyone know why only three out of four ALPR modules/camera's show up?

Using this LASD Mod,

Also using a LAPD one with the same issue from the same creator, any ideas?

I'm assuming the ALPRs are extras and not hard modeled onto the car, which means identifying if this is a you error or author error is going to be a bit difficult. Have you checked on the AI's vehicles when they respond in this car? Do they have the same issue?

I read some of the most recent comments on this car and no one else has reported this.

To be fair, the recent comments aren't that recent. It could very well be a model issue.
