The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

I have been trying to get back into LSPDFR and i want to find some new vehicle packs. Would anyone know of any good LAPD and/or LACS vehicle packs, preferably with Crown Victorias and Tahoes and ELS compatible? I haven't been able to find any LAPD/LACS ELS compatible vehicle packs, you would think there would be tons since Los Santos is based on Los Angeles.

    Your best bet would be using the LAPD based LSPD texture packs and finding vehicles you like to use, as there's currently no LA pack released.  TwistedScopes has one, but I honestly have no idea what's going on with it.  The pack is generally only up for a few days before he takes it down again.
