The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

I'm assuming your SHERIFF2 is indeed a model with four seats available, correct?  I'm not sure what Arrest Manager's problem is.  It recently started doing this to me as well.  I uninstalled AM, loaded my game and played for a while, then added it back in later and it's fine now. Please give it a try for yourself.

It may have to do with the vehicles you have installed.
