Every time i try to load Ragehookplugin, the game starts up just fine when it trys to load my other plugins like LSPDFR and Traffic Control is just crashes.

Go into Rage's settings and temporarily disable all plugins except LSPDFR from loading at start up, see if that fixes it.

Yea i did that and removed all my plugins from the plugins folder for lspdfr, still crashes.

It's already unchecked.

Inside the Plugins folder in the main directory.

Please take a screenshot of your main GTA V directory, and include the navigation bar which shows the folder name.

I think part of your problem is the LSPD First Response folder.  I'm not sure why or where you got that, but delete that, the "Licenses", and the "SDK" folder, please.  Then try again.

Yea That "LSPD" folder was wrong installation that i did, i deleted that and the "SDK' and "Licenses" and it still crashes.

The only thing I can think of is that you possible still did something wrong installation wise, because everything else looks fine from the screenshot.  Please follow these tutorials.

I found it was my commandline.txt, i had dlc vehicles countermeasure or something like that on

That's interesting, because normally when that option is enabled, you'll see "Fatal Error"  on the Rage start screen, which is always a dead giveaway of the problem.
