Based off the little bit I can see from your log, the problem is stemming from Tacco Highway Callouts.  Try temporarily removing this and seeing if things are better.

It seems the problem is with an XML file, but it doesn't say which one.  Did you edit any XML recently, or add anything new?  or better yet, did you add anything new when this problem started?

The only thing I can advise is that you temporarily remove all plugins inside your LSPDFR folder, then one by one readd them and see what's causing it.
