The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

so im not creating a support topic on this cause is resolved itself with a game reboot,but just wanted to put this out there and see if anyone can gather what happened......

was on patrol by the casino on a bike and this black 4 door flys by, I catch up and initiate a stop and the guy burns tires like hes going to run then a massive lspdfr crash everything was frozen for a good 30s while rage tried to recover from the crash. So i load lspdfr back up and cant get smart radio to work and keep getting an error when trying to run force duty tried to go on duty at station as well and still nothing but all other aspects of the mod were ok it seemed below is the link to the log on pastebin thanks in advance

I've gone ahead and moved this to the support section since it still counts as support. :)

 

Try removing the Attempted Crime Callouts plugin, as it appears the error is from that.
